Avaron terms

Terms of service

Effective 19 August 2026. These are public product terms and do not replace any signed or separately accepted commercial agreement that applies to a customer account.

What Avaron provides

Avaron is commercial intelligence software that helps a company understand where its capabilities may fit current market movement, investigate named targets, validate evidence, and manage approved commercial paths.

Avaron does not guarantee buyer intent, replies, qualification, RFQs, contracts, technical acceptance, procurement approval, revenue, or any other commercial outcome.

Evidence and decision responsibility

Automated systems, AI models, retrieval providers, public sources, and customer-provided information may be incomplete, stale, ambiguous, or wrong. Users must independently validate material decisions before acting.

Avaron distinguishes verified evidence, external evidence pending validation, inference, assumptions, confidence, and validation next where those distinctions affect the decision.

Approval and external action

Research, preview, and recommendation steps do not by themselves authorize Review submission, contact creation, outreach, publishing, Pipeline movement, commercial commitments, or billing changes.

Where Avaron exposes a consequential action, the required customer authorization, workspace permissions, and applicable product controls still apply.

Commercial access and billing

Avaron may offer free, assisted, pilot, or paid access depending on the account and release stage. Public recurring self-serve checkout remains unavailable until Avaron explicitly confirms it is enabled.

Where paid access is activated through an order, proposal, invoice, or other commercial confirmation, those accepted commercial terms control fees, taxes, scope, dates, support, confidentiality, liability, cancellation, and governing law if they conflict with this public summary.

Acceptable use

Users must not fabricate evidence, credentials, buyer intent, approvals, certifications, or outcomes; impersonate people or organizations; conduct fraud, phishing, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, or unauthorized enrichment; bypass workspace, entitlement, evidence, approval, or audit controls; or upload malware or unlawful content.

Avaron may restrict or terminate access when use creates a material legal, security, integrity, abuse, or platform-policy risk.

Availability and liability boundary

Avaron may change, improve, suspend, or retire functionality as the service evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law, Avaron does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular commercial purpose, or a particular business result.

Contract-specific warranty, liability, confidentiality, data-protection, governing-law, and dispute terms remain governed by the applicable signed or accepted commercial agreement.
