Legal and evidence boundaries

Avaron is commercial intelligence software that helps a company understand what it can genuinely deliver, connect those capabilities with current market movement, investigate named targets, validate evidence, and manage approved commercial paths.

Avaron does not guarantee buyer intent, replies, meetings, qualification, RFQs, contracts, technical acceptance, procurement approval, or revenue. Users must independently validate every material decision before acting.

Avaron may use automated systems and third-party AI or retrieval providers. Outputs can be incomplete, stale, ambiguous, or wrong.

An official company webpage does not by itself prove procurement intent, approved-supplier status, demand, budget, urgency, compatibility, or willingness to buy. Avaron distinguishes verified evidence, external evidence pending validation, inference, assumption, confidence, and the next validation step.

Research, recommendations, Review submission, proof decisions, activation approval, contact creation, sending, publishing, and Pipeline movement are separate controlled actions. A research result or approved commercial path does not mean a message was sent or that a target accepted a proposal.

Customers remain responsible for lawful, accurate, authorised, and non-deceptive outreach, including compliance with privacy, anti-spam, procurement, employment, export-control, and sector-specific rules.

Avaron plan access may currently be activated through an assisted order or onboarding process while the recurring self-serve payment lifecycle remains gated. The applicable order or commercial confirmation identifies the contracting entities, selected service scope, fees, taxes, dates, payment terms, confidentiality, support expectations, liability, governing law, and cancellation terms.

Until Avaron explicitly confirms public recurring self-serve subscriptions are available, a pricing-page request does not itself create a paid subscription or charge a payment method. The signed or otherwise accepted commercial terms control if they conflict with this summary.

Avaron may process account identity, workspace roles, company profile, what Avaron understands about the business, evidence, target and mission records, validation actions, approved deal movement, outcomes, usage, billing references, telemetry, audit logs, and support communications to provide, secure, operate, and improve the service.

Data may be processed by configured hosting, authentication, database, payment, email, AI, retrieval, observability, and security providers. Customers should not upload unlawful or unnecessary sensitive data. See the public Privacy Policy for the current product-level privacy summary.

Users must not fabricate evidence, credentials, buyer intent, approvals, certifications, or outcomes; impersonate people or companies; conduct harassment, discrimination, phishing, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or unauthorised enrichment; bypass workspace, entitlement, evidence, approval, or audit controls; or upload malware or unlawful content.

Avaron may restrict or terminate access where use creates a legal, security, integrity, or abuse risk.

Avaron continues to evolve and may change, suspend, or retire functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular commercial purpose, commercial result, or non-infringement.

Final warranty, liability cap, confidentiality, data-protection, governing-law, and dispute provisions are set out in the applicable signed or accepted commercial agreement where one applies.
